Soturac is a French commune with 637 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lot department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the canton of Puy-l'Évêque and the Arrondissement of Cahors .
geography
The Lot contains a 44 kilometer long, artificially navigable section between Soturac and Albas with eleven locks.
The former Route nationale 111 , today a departmental road , affects Soturac.
Neighboring municipalities are Saint-Front-sur-Lémance in the northwest, Saint-Martin-le-Redon in the north, Duravel in the northeast, Touzac in the southeast, Mauroux in the south, Montayral in the southwest and Fumel in the west.
