Spadafora is a city of Metropolitan city of Messina in the Region of Sicily in Italy with 4827 inhabitants (December 31, 2019).

Location and dates

Spadafora is 29 km west of Messina . The residents mainly work in agriculture and industry. There are also jobs in the service area around the thermal baths . Spadafora is one of the three renowned thermal baths in the province of Messina.

Spadafora is on the A20 / E90 motorway , the next exit is Rometta and is around 5 km away. Spadafora has its own stop on the Fiumetorto – Messina railway line .

The place was founded in 1737. Before that there was already a settlement.
