Winterscheider Mühle is a former water mill and part of the municipality of Ruppichteroth in the Rhein-Sieg district in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The Winterscheider Mühle is located in the Derenbachtal at an altitude of 155  m above sea level. NHN . Neighboring places are Winterscheid in the north and Fußhollen and Litterscheid in the southeast.

history

The mill belonged to the parish of Winterscheid . 1910 lived in the building Joh. Peter Schumacher, the municipality rentmeister a. D. von Ruppichteroth. The mill used to be run as an inn and was later expanded into a hotel. The hotel's own fallow deer and wild boar farms were worth seeing . In 2013 the property was bought by the Brotherhood of Free Gospel Christian Congregations, which would like to set up a seminar center here. In 2015, individual parts of the Winterscheider Mühle building were demolished.
