Birk Anders (born November 3, 1967 in Schlema ) is a former German biathlete who competed for the GDR .

Birk Anders won the gold medal in the sprint and the silver medal in the individual at the Junior World Championships in 1986. At the 1988 Olympic Games in Calgary , he just missed a podium finish in fourth in the 10 km sprint. In 1989 he was able to win the title at the World Championships with Frank Luck , André Sehmisch and Frank-Peter Roetsch with the GDR relay over 4 x 7.5 km. He won another gold medal the following year in Oslo in the team with Raik Dittrich , Mark Kirchner and Frank Luck. In the season, which was canceled due to heavy fog, which was held in Kontiolahti , he reached third place ten days later at the end of the 1990 season, this time again with André Sehmisch alongside Luck and Kirchner.
