Olav Jordet

Olav Jordet (born December 27, 1939 in Tolga ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

At the Olympic Games in Innsbruck in 1964 , he won the bronze medal over 20 kilometers. With the Norwegian relay team he won the silver medal over 4 × 7.5 kilometers at the Games in Grenoble four years later.

After he had finished 10th at the 1963 World Championships , he became world champion in the individual over 20 kilometers at that 1965. This achievement earned him the Morgenbladet gold medal in his home country .
