The Bundestag constituency Siegen-Wittgenstein (constituency 148) is an electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the Siegen-Wittgenstein district .

With the constituency reform for the 2002 Bundestag election, the Bundestag constituency in this layout, which includes the entire Siegen-Wittgenstein district, was brought back to the old constituency layout that had existed from 1949 until the 1980 Bundestag election. The area of ​​the constituency was divided from the federal elections from 1983 to 2002 on the constituencies "120 Siegen-Wittgenstein I" and " 121 Olpe - Siegen-Wittgenstein II ". In the federal elections in 1983, 1987, 1990, 1994 and 1998, the cities of Freudenberg, Kreuztal and Hilchenbach in the north of Germany were added to the Olper constituency 121. For the 2013 federal election, the constituency number was changed from 149 to 148.
