Christian Rudolf
Christian Rudolf (born March 9, 1965 in Rathenow ) is a German actor , presenter , singer and voice actor .
Theater and singing
Christian Rudolf grew up in Premnitz near Rathenow. In 1981 , when he was 10th grade, he and school friends founded the band Utopia , where he was the front man and singer. The amateur band had an official license to play and toured the former GDR in a Robur LO 2000 bus in the early 1980s . From 1986 to 1990 Rudolf studied singing and acting at the "Hanns Eisler" Academy of Music in Berlin . For his leading role in the musical Nerf - The Colossal Plot , Rudolf received first prize from IG Medien at the 1997 German Musical Congress .
As a singer of various bands, Rudolf has been on stage since 1981 and has performed around 1500 to date (2017). In 2001 he appeared together with Helmut Lotti in the ARD show Ein Platz an der Sonne . In addition, Rudolf acted as Falco in his eponymous show.
Christian Rudolf is a fan of the Ton Steine Scherben singer Rio Reiser, who died in 1996 . Rudolf tours Germany with his Hamburg band Komitee für Unterhaltungskunst, founded in 2003, and interprets Reiser's songs, including a performance on the 20th anniversary of his death in 2016 in Hamburg.
