The First Division 1923/24 was the 13th season in the history of the highest Maltese football league . The Sliema Wanderers became champions for the third time .

Compared to the previous season , FC Floriana and Ħamrun Spartans did not participate. The Msida Rovers were new again after two years .

mode

The season was played in a simple round. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. If there was a tie, a playoff was played for the championship.
