The judicial district Lembach was the District Court Lembach under standing judicial district in political Rohrbach District (State of Upper Austria ). The judicial district was dissolved in 2003 and the area was assigned to the Rohrbach judicial district.

history

The judicial district Lembach was created together with 46 other judicial districts in Upper Austria by a decree of the kk Oberlandesgericht Linz on July 4, 1850 and originally comprised the twelve tax communities Altenhof , Hofkirchen , Lembach , Marsbach , Neustift , Niederkappel , Ollerndorf , Pfarrkirchen , Putzleinsdorf , Ranaridl , Weberschlag and Witzersdorf . The judicial district formed during the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868 together with the judicial districts of Rohrbach , Haslach , Aigen and Neufelden the Rohrbach District . On May 1, 1915, the municipality of Atzesberg from the district of Rohrbach was assigned to the judicial district of Lembach .

By amalgamating communities and changing borders, the number of communities was reduced to the nine communities of Atzesberg , Hofkirchen im Mühlkreis , Hörbich , Lembach im Mühlkreis , Neustift im Mühlkreis , Niederkappel , Oberkappel , Pfarrkirchen im Mühlkreis and Putzleinsdorf by the beginning of the 21st century . With the District Court Ordinance of the Austrian Federal Government on November 12, 2002, the resolution of the Lembach judicial district was resolved and the area was assigned to the Rohrbach judicial district.
