District Court Perg
history
After the dissolution of the manorial courts as well as the village and court market courts, an independent district court was founded in Perg in 1850, but it was incorporated into the newly created district office in Perg as a court office as early as 1853. Since this was not constitutional, the court office was dissolved in 1868 and the district court was re-established with a strict separation of powers between the judiciary and administrative authorities.
From 1856 the kk district court Perg was housed in the district office building Perg 81, which belonged to the market commune Perg and was erected in 1853 (or after the introduction of the street names Herrenstrasse 20 to 22). At the same time, a prison with ten cells and a prison yard was established there, which was closed after the end of the Second World War .
The District Court of Perg moved to the former location of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce , District Office Perg.
Courthouse
Until the end of 2002, the judicial district of Perg included the communities of Allerheiligen im Mühlkreis , Arbing , Baumgartenberg , Mitterkirchen im Machland , Münzbach , Naarn im Machlande , Perg , Rechberg and Windhaag bei Perg .
Since 2003, the municipalities of Bad Kreuzen , Dimbach , Grein , Klam , Pabneukirchen , St. Georgen am Walde , St. Nikola an der Donau , St. Thomas am blasenstein , Saxen , and Waldhausen im Strudengau of the former judicial district of Grein belong to the judicial district of Perg.
On January 1, 2014, the judicial districts of Mauthausen and Pregarten were dissolved. The entire district of Mauthausen ( Katsdorf , Langenstein , Luftenberg an der Donau , Mauthausen , Ried in der Riedmark , St. Georgen an der Gusen and Schwertberg ) and the municipalities of Bad Zell , Königswiesen , Pierbach , Schönau im Mühlkreis and Tragwein von Pregarten became the Assigned judicial district to Perg.
