The judicial district Rohrbach is the District Court Rohrbach under standing judicial district in political Rohrbach District (State of Upper Austria ). Since 2013, the judicial district has included the entire political district of Rohrbach and parts of the Urfahr-Umgebung district.

history

The Rohrbach judicial district was created together with 46 other judicial districts in Upper Austria by a decree of the kk Oberlandesgericht Linz on July 4, 1850 and originally included the 22 tax communities of Atzesberg , Berg , Frindorf , Götzendorf , Hörbich , Hundbrenning , Kicking , Kirchbach , Kollerschlag , Nebelberg , Ober-Galleuten , Ober-Kappel , Oepping , Peilstein , Pogendorf , Rohrbach , Sankt Leonhard , Sarleinsbach , Schölling , Sprinzenstein and Steineck and Unter-Galleuten .

The judicial district Rohrbach formed political from judicial administration from 1868 together with the jurisdictions during the separation Aigen , Haslach , Lembach and Neufelden the Rohrbach District .

Through the amalgamation of municipalities, the number of municipalities was gradually reduced to the ten municipalities of Atzesberg , Berg bei Rohrbach , Hörbich , Kollerschlag , Nebelberg , Oberkappel , Oepping , Peilstein im Mühlviertel , Rohrbach in Upper Austria and Sarleinsbach .

In the course of the dissolution of the judicial district Haslach in 1923 the seven communities Afiesl , Ahorn , Haslach an der Mühl , Helfenberg , Lichtenau im Mühlkreis , Schönegg and Sankt Stefan am Walde became part of the Rohrbach judicial district.

On January 1, 2003, the judicial districts of Aigen, Lembach and Neufelden were dissolved and their areas were added to the Rohrbach judicial district.

As a result of the dissolution of the Leonfelden judicial district , which came into force on January 1, 2013 , the Rohrbach judicial district was expanded to include the municipalities of Oberneukirchen and Vorderweißbach , which for the first time also extends to areas of the Urfahr-Umgebung district.
