The judicial district Neufelden was the District Court Neufelden under standing judicial district in political Rohrbach District (State of Upper Austria ). The judicial district was dissolved in 2003 and the area was assigned to the Rohrbach judicial district.

history

The judicial district Neufelden was created together with 46 other judicial districts in Upper Austria by a decree of the kk Oberlandesgericht Linz on July 4, 1850 and originally included the 25 tax communities Allersdorf , Altenfelden , Arnreith , Auberg , Drautendorf , Eckersdorf , Grub , Haselbach , Kasten , Kirchberg , Kleinzell , Langhalsen , Neufelden , Neuhaus , Niederwaldkirchen , Petersberg , Pürnstein , Rammersdorf , Sankt Johann , Sankt Martin , Sankt Peter , Sankt Ulrich , Sankt Veit , Stamering , Windischberg .

In the course of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district together with the judicial districts Rohrbach , Haslach , Aigen and Lembach formed the Rohrbach district .

By amalgamating parishes, the number of parishes was reduced to the eleven parishes Altenfelden , Arnreit , Auberg , Kleinzell , Neufelden , Niederwaldkirchen , Sankt Johann am Wimberg , Sankt Martin im Mühlkreis , Sankt Peter am Wimberg , Sankt Ulrich im Mühlkreis by the beginning of the 21st century and Sankt Veit im Mühlkreis . With the District Court Ordinance of the Austrian Federal Government on November 12, 2002, the resolution of the Neufelden judicial district was resolved and the area was assigned to the Rohrbach judicial district on January 1, 2003.
