The judicial district of Kirchdorf an der Krems is the district court Kirchdorf an der Krems under standing judicial district in the political district of Kirchdorf ( Upper Austria ).
history
The judicial district of Kirchdorf an der Krems was created by a decree of the kk Oberlandesgericht Linz on July 4, 1850 and originally comprised the 26 tax communities of Dauersdorf , Goritz , Gundendorf , Hammersdorf , Kirchdorf , Klaus , Lungdorf , Manndorf , Maysdorf , Mitterinzersdorf , Mittermicheldorf , Mitterndorf , Mitterschlierbach , Oberdürndorf , Oberinzersdorf , Obermicheldorf , Oberschlierbach , Pettenbach , Pratsdorf , Seisenburg , Siezendorf , Steyrling , Unterdürndorf , Unterinzersdorf , Untermicheldorf and Unterschlierbach .
The judicial district of Kirchdorf an der Krems formed the district of Kirchdorf together with the judicial districts of Windischgarsten and Grünburg as part of the separation of the political and judicial administration from 1868 .
As of January 21, 1893, the municipality of Nussbach in the Kirchdorf judicial district had to surrender parts of the municipality to the newly formed Adlwang community and the Grünburg judicial district.
With the District Court Ordinance of the Austrian Federal Government on November 12, 2002, the resolution of the Grünburg judicial district was resolved. As a result, the municipalities of Grünburg , Molln and Steinbach an der Steyr were assigned to the Kirchdorf judicial district on January 1, 2003 , while the Steyr judicial district received the communities of Adlwang and Waldneukirchen von Grünburg at the same time .
In the course of the discussion about administrative reform and budget savings, the decision was finally made to also dissolve the Windischgarsten judicial district, the area of which was subsequently transferred to the Kirchdorf judicial district on January 1, 2013. Since 2013, the eight communities Edlbach , Hinterstoder , Rosenau am Hengstpaß , Roßleithen , St. Pankraz , Spital am Pyhrn , Vorderstoder and Windischgarsten are part of the Kirchdorf judicial district.
