The judicial district Wildshut was the District Court Wildshut under standing judicial district in District Braunau am Inn (federal state Upper Austria ). The judicial district was dissolved on January 1, 2003 and the area was assigned to the Mattighofen judicial district.
history
The judicial district of Wildshut was created by a decree of the kk Oberlandesgericht Linz on July 4, 1850 and originally included the 27 tax communities Ach , Eggelsberg , Eggenham , Eichbichl , Ernsting , Ettenau , Geretsberg , Gundertshausen , Hadermarkt , Haigermoos , Haimhausen , Haselreith , Hochburg , Hörndl , Hofstadt , Holzöster , Ibm , Lersberg , Moosdorf , Oberkriebach , Ostermiething , St. Pantaleon , Stadel, Steinwag, Unterkriebach , Werberg and Wildshut .
In the course of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district together with the judicial districts Braunau , Mattighofen and Mauerkirchen formed the district of Braunau .
With the District Court Ordinance of the Austrian Federal Government on November 12, 2002, it was decided to dissolve the Wildshut judicial district and to assign the area to the Mattighofen judicial district. The ordinance came into force on January 1, 2003.

At the time of the dissolution, the court district comprised the ten communities Eggelsberg , Franking , Geretsberg , Haigermoos , Hochburg-Ach , Moosdorf , Ostermiething , Sankt Pantaleon , Sankt Radegund and Tarsdorf .
