The judicial district of Haag am Hausruck was a judicial district subordinate to the district court of Haag am Hausruck in the political district of Grieskirchen (state of Upper Austria ). The judicial district was dissolved on January 1, 2003 and the area was assigned to the judicial district of Grieskirchen .

history

The judicial district Haag am Hausruck was created by a decree of the kk Oberlandesgericht Linz on July 4, 1850 and originally comprised the 24 tax communities Aflang , Aistersheim , Altenhof , Dirisam , Fading , Feldegg , Gaspoltshofen , Geboltskirchen , Geyersberg , Gries , Großwaldenberg , Höft , Hörbach , Innernsee , Jeding , Niederentern , Niedernhaag , Obernhaag , Pram , Rottenbach , Schwarzgrub , Weibern , Wendling and Zupfing .

In the course of the separation of the political from the judicial administration from 1868, the judicial district together with the judicial districts of Ried and Obernberg formed the district of Ried im Innkreis .

On July 1, 1911, the new political district of Grieskirchen was formed from the judicial districts of Haag am Hausruck, Grieskirchen and Peuerbach .

Through the amalgamation of municipalities, the number of municipalities was gradually reduced to eight. With the District Court Ordinance of the Austrian Federal Government on November 12, 2002, it was decided to dissolve the judicial district of Haag am Hausruck and to assign the area to the judicial district of Grieskirchen. The ordinance came into force on January 1, 2003.

Until the end of 2002, the court district includes the eight municipalities of Aistersheim , Gaspoltshofen , Geboltskirchen , Haag am Hausruck , Pram , Rottenbach , Weibern and Wendling, the southern part of the political district of Grieskirchen.
