The 69th International Tennis Championships in Germany took place from May 19 to May 26, 1975 on the Rothenbaum in Hamburg . Due to the bad weather, they had to be extended by one day after 1950 so that the women's doubles final could still be played.

The tournament was part of the Grand Prix Circuit set up by the ILTF (for both men and women) .

The defending champions Eddie Dibbs and Helga Masthoff retired early. Dibbs lost in the round of 16 against Harald Elschenbroich and Masthoff in the quarter-finals against Renáta Tomanová , who was successful both in singles and doubles alongside Australian Dianne Fromholtz . Also Manuel Orantes won both the individual and the doubles with his compatriot Juan Gisbert . Iris Riedel reached the semi-finals in the singles.
