The cadastral community of Rosenbichl is one of eleven cadastral communities in the market town of Liebenfels in the Sankt Veit an der Glan district in Carinthia . It has an area of ​​861.75 hectares.

The cadastral community belongs to the district of the Klagenfurt land surveying office.

location

The cadastral municipality is located in the east of the municipality of Liebenfels, in the southwest of the Sankt Veit an der Glan district. It stretches from Glantschach in the west to Kraindorf in the east, and from Waggendorf in the north to the edge of the community capital Liebenfels in the south. The boundaries of the cadastral community run largely along streams ( Harter Bach and Feistritzbach in the west; Beißendorferbach in the east) and streets (Sörgerstraße L93a in the north; Ossiacher Straße B 94 in the south). The cadastral community extends over an altitude of 476  m above sea level. A. on Ossiacher Strasse on the southeast border of the cadastral community up to 806  m above sea level. Localities

The localities Hoch-Liebenfels , Hohenstein , Miedling , Pulst , Puppitsch , Radelsdorf and Rosenbichl are all located in the area of ​​the cadastral community Rosenbichl . The villages of Glantschach , Liebenfels and Waggendorf are each partly in the area of ​​the cadastral community Rosenbichl . In addition, the cadastral community includes the localities of Beißendorf , Kraindorf and Mailsberg , which are each part of the same-named towns, some of which are in the community of Liebenfels and others in the community of Frauenstein .

At the end of the 18th century, the Carinthian tax communities (later: cadastral communities) were formed and assigned to tax districts. The tax community Rosenbichl became part of the tax district Rosenbichl .

In the course of the reforms after the revolution of 1848/49, the tax districts in Carinthia were dissolved and local communities were formed, each encompassing the area of ​​one or more tax communities. The tax and cadastral municipality Rosenbichl became part of the municipality Feistritz , which was renamed in 1865 in the municipality Pulst . The size of the cadastral community Rosenbichl was given in 1854 as 1485 Austrian yokes and 156 fathoms (approx. 855 hectares); at that time 346 people lived in the area of ​​the cadastral community. In 1958, the cadastral community became part of the Liebenfels community, which was created at the time through the merger of the Liemberg, Hardegg and Pulst communities. In the course of the municipal structural reform in 1972, there were border changes on the south-eastern edge of the cadastral community, making the cadastral community a total of about 7 hectares larger.

The cadastral community of Rosenbichl belonged from 1850 to the political district of Sankt Veit an der Glan and to the judicial district of Sankt Veit an der Glan . From 1854 to 1868 it belonged to the mixed district of Sankt Veit an der Glan . Since the reform in 1868, it has again been part of the political district of Sankt Veit an der Glan and the judicial district of Sankt Veit an der Glan.

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 159 building areas with 94,877 m² and 177 gardens on 510,693 m² in the cadastral community of Rosenbichl , in 1989/1990 there were 260 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 734 and in 2009/2010 there were 310 buildings on 776 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 528 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 237 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 513 hectares and 274 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 425 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 278 hectares. The average soil climate number of Rosenbichl is 43.2 (as of 2010).
