The cadastral community of Pflausach is one of eleven cadastral communities in the Liebenfels community in the Sankt Veit an der Glan district in Carinthia . It has an area of 539.70 ha.
The cadastral community belongs to the district of the Klagenfurt land surveying office.
location
The cadastral community is located in the Wimitzer Mountains in the southwestern part of the Sankt Veit an der Glan district. It is - starting from the north, clockwise - by also belonging to the municipality Liebenfels cadastral Sörgerberg , Sörg , Rosenbichl , Glantschach , Gradenegg and Freundsam and in the northwest of the the municipality of St. Urban in district Feldkirchen belonging cadastral Rasting surrounded. The border in the north and east is largely formed by the Harter Bach , in the south and west it runs along a wooded ridge. The cadastral community extends from an altitude of 668 m above sea level. A. am Harter Bach in the southeast up to 1164 m above sea level. A. on the ridge in the southwest.
Localities
The village of Pflausach and most of the village of Hart are located in the area of the Pflausach cadastral community .
Surveying office district
The cadastral municipality has belonged to the district of the Klagenfurt land surveying office since January 1st, 1998. Before that, she was part of the district of the St. Veit an der Glan land surveying office.
history
At the end of the 18th century, the Carinthian tax communities (later: cadastral communities) were formed and assigned to tax districts. The Pflausach tax community became part of the Gradenegg tax district .
In the course of the reforms after the revolution of 1848/49, the tax districts in Carinthia were dissolved and local communities were formed, each encompassing the area of one or more tax communities. The tax and cadastral municipality Pflausach became part of the municipality Glantschach . In 1875 the cadastral municipality was attached to the municipality of Sörg . Through the merger of the municipalities of Sörg and Liebenfels in 1973, the cadastral municipality of Gradenegg became part of the municipality of Liebenfels.
The size of the cadastral community Pflausach was given in 1854 as 938 Austrian yokes and 574 fathoms (approx. 540 ha, corresponds to today's area); at that time 102 people lived in the area of the cadastral community.
The cadastral community of Pflausach belonged from 1850 to the political district of Sankt Veit an der Glan and to the judicial district of Sankt Veit an der Glan . From 1854 to 1868 it belonged to the mixed district of Sankt Veit an der Glan . Since the reform in 1868, it has again been part of the political district of Sankt Veit an der Glan and the judicial district of Sankt Veit an der Glan.
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 24 building areas with 14,346 m² and 28 gardens on 58,273 m² in the cadastral community of Pflausach , in 1989/1990 there were 29 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 69 and in 2009/2010 there were 39 buildings on 67 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 137 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 389 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 131 hectares and 398 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 116 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 396 hectares. The average soil climate of Pflausach is 31.9 (as of 2010).
