The cadastral community of Sörgerberg is one of eleven cadastral communities in the Liebenfels community in the Sankt Veit an der Glan district in Carinthia . It has an area of 912.31 hectares.
The cadastral community belongs to the district of the Klagenfurt land surveying office.
location
The cadastral community is located in the Wimitzer Mountains in the west of the Sankt Veit an der Glan district, on the northern edge of the Liebenfels community. In the north and east it borders on the cadastral communities of Steinbichl and Schaumboden , which belong to the community of Frauenstein , in the south to the cadastral communities of Sörg and Pflausach , which belong to the community of Liebenfels , and in the west to the cadastral community of Rasting, which is part of the community of Sankt Urban in the Feldkirchen district . It extends from the Wegscheide in the west to the Pflugernhöhe in the east, and from the Schneebauerberg in the north to the Harter Bach in the south. history
At the end of the 18th century, the Carinthian tax communities (later: cadastral communities) were formed and assigned to tax districts. The Sörgerberg tax municipality became part of the Gradenegg tax district .
In the course of the reforms after the revolution of 1848/49, the tax districts in Carinthia were dissolved and local communities were formed, each encompassing the area of one or more tax communities. The tax and cadastral community of Sörgerberg first became part of the community of Glantschach , in 1875 it became part of the community of Sörg . Through the merger of the municipalities of Sörg and Liebenfels in 1973, the cadastral municipality of Sörgerberg became part of the municipality of Liebenfels.
The size of the cadastral community of Sörgerberg was given in 1854 as 1586 Austrian yoke and 19 fathoms (approx. 913 ha, corresponds roughly to today's area); at that time 281 people lived in the area of the cadastral community.
The cadastral community of Sörgerberg belonged from 1850 to the political district of Sankt Veit an der Glan and to the judicial district of Sankt Veit an der Glan . From 1854 to 1868 it belonged to the mixed district of Sankt Veit an der Glan . Since the reform in 1868, it has again been part of the political district of Sankt Veit an der Glan and the judicial district of Sankt Veit an der Glan.
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 78 building areas with 44,557 m² and 51 gardens on 111,398 m² in the cadastral community of Sörgerberg , in 1989/1990 there were 78 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased to 147 and in 2009/2010 there were 76 buildings on 139 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture and forestry. 441 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 440 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000, 397 hectares of agriculture were practiced and 491 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 323 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 488 hectares. The average soil climate number of Sörgerberg is 20.4 (as of 2010).
