Mangone is a town in the province of Cosenza in the region of Calabria in Italy with 1904 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

Location and dates

Mangone is located about 17 km southeast of Cosenza . The neighboring municipalities are Cellara , Figline Vegliaturo , Paterno Calabro and Santo Stefano di Rogliano . Mangone has a stop on the Cosenza – Catanzaro railway line .

Attractions

The parish church originates from the 16th century. The church was rebuilt in the 18th century.
