Pietrafitta is an Italian city in the province of Cosenza in Calabria with 1215 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

Pietrafitta is located on the upper reaches of the Crati River . The neighboring municipalities are Aprigliano , Casali del Manco and Cosenza . The place previously had a stop on the Cosenza – Catanzaro railway line .

The parish church originates from the 15th century. Parts of the original church are still there. Inside there is a wooden ceiling and a wooden cross from the 17th century.
