Parenti is an Italian municipality in the province of Cosenza in Calabria with 2108 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

Location and dates

Parenti is located about 30 km southeast of Cosenza on the upper reaches of the Savuto River on a hill. The neighboring communities are Aprigliano , Bianchi , Colosimi , Marzi , Rogliano and Taverna ( CZ ). The place previously had a stop on the Cosenza – Catanzaro railway line .
