NGC 4513 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Dragons in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 108 million light years from the Milky Way and about 45,000 light years in diameter.
Together with NGC 4108 , NGC 4210 , NGC 4221 , NGC 4332 , NGC 4256 , and PGC 38461 , it forms the NGC 4256 group .
The object was discovered on October 16, 1866 by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest .
