NGC 4614 is a 13.4 mag bright lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type "SB0-a" in the constellation of the Berenike Hair in the northern sky. It is an estimated 215 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 55,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 4613 , NGC 4615 , IC 3644 , IC 3646 .
The object was discovered on May 9, 1864 by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest .
