The National Assembly of Ivory Coast ( Assemblée nationale ) is the parliament in the unicameral system of the Ivory Coast .
In the National Assembly, 255 members are elected for five years each.

Parliamentary elections were held on December 10, 2000 and January 14, 2001 . No further elections took place during the civil war in Ivory Coast from September 2002. The 2010 presidential elections in Ivory Coast triggered a severe government crisis in Ivory Coast in 2010/2011 .

Seat
The National Assembly was in Abidjan for a long time . A new parliament building was built in the capital Yamoussoukro and in April 2001 a parliamentary session was held here for the first time.
