Parliament (Namibia)

The Parliament of Namibia ( English Parliament Republic of Namibia ) designates the legislature of the bicameral system of Namibia .

Based on the 1990 constitution of Namibia , the parliament consists of the National Assembly (English National Assembly ; Chapter 7), the lower house , and the National Council (English National Council ; Chapter 8), the upper house , representing the 14 regions of Namibia .
