The Parliament of Uganda ( Swahili Wabunge wa Uganda ) is the parliament in the unicameral legislative system of Uganda . The parliament building is located in the capital Kampala .

Since 2010, a total of 320 members have been elected to parliament for five years each. The current chairman of parliament is Rebecca Kadaga (since 2011).

The Speaker of Parliament from 1980 to 1985 was Francis Butagira .
