The Lebanon participated in the 1960 Summer Olympics in the Italian capital Rome part of a delegation of 19 male athletes in 15 competitions in six sports.

No medals could be won. The youngest athlete was the diver Federico Andrade (22 years and 176 days), the oldest athlete was the marksman José María Vallsera (46 years and 215 days). It was the country’s third Summer Olympics participation .
