The Bellevue Islands are a small group of islands belonging to Australia in the Torres Strait Islands archipelago . They are located roughly in the middle of the sea passage ( Torres Strait ) between the northern tip of Australia and Papua New Guinea .
The group consists of around a dozen islands, of which only Mabuiag is inhabited. The Bellevue Islands include a. the following islands:
