Saint-Sauveur is a French commune in the department of Gironde in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine with 1,312 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Lesparre-Médoc and the canton of Le Nord-Médoc (until 2015: canton of Pauillac ). The inhabitants are called Salvadoria .

Saint-Sauveur is located about 45 kilometers north-northwest of Bordeaux in the Médoc . Saint-Sauveur is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cissac-Médoc in the north and west, Pauillac in the east and Saint-Laurent-Médoc in the south and west.
