The road branches off in Mohelnice (Müglitz) from Silnice I / 35 ( European route 442 ) to the north, runs past Zábřeh (Hohenstadt an der March) and meets Silnice I / 11 in Bludov (Blauda) , with which it takes the the following ten kilometers through the town of Šumperk (Mährisch Schönberg) among others .
