Sitsi is a district ( Estonian asum ) of the Estonian capital Tallinn .

The district is located in the Põhja-Tallinn district ("North Tallinn").

At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, Sitsi was the seat of the important Estonian cotton factory Balti Puuvilla Factory . The hill Sitsimägi (in German " Chintz -Berg" or " Kattun -Berg") gave the municipality its name.
