Tondiraba is a municipality ( Estonian asum ) of the Estonian capital Tallinn . The district is located in the Lasnamäe district .

Tondiraba is one of the most sparsely populated districts in Tallinn. It has 9 residents (as of May 1, 2010).

The area is best known for its 164,000 square meter industrial park with commercial space and a tennis center.
