Voggenmühle

Voggenmühle is a deserted area in the municipality of the independent city of Ansbach in the administrative region of Middle Franconia .

geography

Voggenmühle and Voggenhof were located west of the upper suburb of Ansbach in the 19th century at an altitude of 407  m above sea level. NHN . To the west was the corridor Hinterm Voggenhof . Today there are sports fields and the Aquella leisure pool on the site.

history

In the 16-point report of Oberamt Ansbach 1684 Voggenmühle was first documented. The property belonged to the city of Ansbach and had the Hofkastenamt Ansbach as the landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, Voggenmühle received the number 377 of Ansbach when the house numbers were assigned. From 1797 to 1808 the place was under the judiciary and chamber office of Ansbach . Voggenmühle has not been mentioned since then. Even in the original cadastre of the 19th century there are no more traces of the property.
