Coat of arms, flag, banner and seal
Blazon : "In blue an upright, red armored wolf in silver (white), which shows a golden (yellow) coat of arms with a red wall anchor in its front paws."
The coat of arms designed by the heraldist Gustav Völker was approved by the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior on July 27, 1956. The word Wolf (Old High German Wulf) is the inspiration for the place name Wulften; it is therefore a so-called " talking coat of arms ". The shield color blue symbolizes the Oder , which flows through the municipality. The small shield with the wall anchor reminds of the former rule of Plesse who had patronage over the church in Wulften until 1312.
Description of the flag: "The flag is light blue-white-light blue in a ratio of 1: 2: 1 stripes crosswise with the applied coat of arms in the middle shifted towards the leech."
Description of the banner: "The banner is light blue-white-light blue in a ratio of 1: 3: 1 striped lengthways with the coat of arms above the middle."
Description of the seal: "The official seal contains the coat of arms and the inscription" Municipality of Wulften am Harz, district of Göttingen "."
