Anhiers is a French municipality with 898 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Douai and the Canton of Orchies . The inhabitants are called Anhiersois .

Anhiers is located on the canalised Scarpe in the Scarpe-Schelde Regional Nature Park . Anhiers is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Râches in the north and northwest, Flines-lez-Raches in the east and northeast, Lallaing in the south and southeast and Douai in the west.
