Lécluse is located about eight kilometers south-southwest of Douai . The Sensée limits the municipality to the north. Lécluse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Tortequesne in the north, Hamel in the east, Écourt-Saint-Quentin in the south and south-east, Récourt in the south, Dury in the south-west and Étaing in the west.
