Tilloy-lez-Marchiennes is a French municipality with 518 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Douai and the Canton of Sin-le-Noble (until 2015: Canton Marchiennes ).

Tilloy-lez-Marchiennes is located about 16 kilometers east-northeast of Douai on the canalised Décours . Tilloy-lez-Marchiennes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beuvry-la-Forêt in the north and north-west, Sars-et-Rosières in the north-east, Brillon and Bousignies in the east, Hasnon in the south-east, Warlaing in the south and Marchiennes in the west and south-west.
