Tilloy-lez-Marchiennes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beuvry-la-Forêt in the north and north-west, Sars-et-Rosières in the north-east, Brillon and Bousignies in the east, Hasnon in the south-east, Warlaing in the south and Marchiennes in the west and south-west.
