Born This Way - The Remix is the second remix album by the American singer Lady Gaga , which was released on November 18, 2011 in Germany and three days later in other countries. It contains 14 remixes of the songs from her second studio album Born This Way .

In October 2011, Lady Gaga announced that she plans to release a remix album later this year. It's part of Born This Way - The Collection , which also consists of the 17-track version of Born This Way and the DVD of the HBO concert Lady Gaga Presents the Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden . None of the remixes were on the second CD of the deluxe edition of Born This Way, so each track was previously unreleased.

criticism

Billboard's Jason Lipshultz said the album is not a novelty in terms of remix albums. He also recommends it only for Gaga's fans, who get great new versions of their favorite songs with this album. In his opinion, this album doesn't appeal to the rest of the population.

Chart placements

Born This Way - The Remix reached number 41 in Spain, where the CD stayed in the charts for four weeks. In France the record rose to number 71 (one week) and in Italy the remix album was number 89. Here the album stayed in the chart for a week. In the UK charts reached Born This Way - The Remix Place 77; ranked 105th in the United States.
