Boutervilliers is located about 49 kilometers south-southwest of Paris . Boutervilliers is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Forêt-le-Roi in the north, Boissy-le-Sec in the northeast, Étampes in the east and southeast, Saint-Hilaire in the southeast, Chalo-Saint-Mars in the south, Plessis-Saint-Benoist in the west and southwest and Richarville to the northwest.
