Boissy-le-Sec is located about 46 kilometers south-southwest of Paris . The Renarde River runs through the north of the municipality . Boissy-le-Sec is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sermaise in the north, Villeconin in the east and north-east, Brières-les-Scellés in the south-east, Étampes in the south and south-east, Boutervilliers in the south-west, La Forêt-le-Roi in the west and Roinville in the north-west .
