Saint-Sulpice-de-Favières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Yon in the north, Boissy-sous-Saint-Yon in the northeast, Mauchamps in the east, Étréchy in the southeast, Chauffour-lès-Étréchy in the south, Souzy-la-Briche in the West and south-west and Breux-Jouy in the west and north-west.
