Brouy is a French municipality with 133 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Essonne in the region of Ile-de-France ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Étampes and is part of the canton of Étampes (until 2015: canton of Méréville ). The inhabitants are called Brogaçois .

Brouy is about 60 kilometers south of Paris . The municipality is located in the Gâtinais français Regional Nature Park . Brouy is surrounded by the neighboring communities
- Mespuits in the north and north-west,
- Champmotteux in the north and northeast,
- Le Malesherbois with Nangeville in the east and Mainvilliers in the south,
- Blandy to the west.
