The Brisbane International 2015 was a tennis tournament , which from 4 to 11 January 2015 in Brisbane took place. It was part of the 2015 ATP World Tour and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week the Qatar ExxonMobil Open was played in Doha and the Aircel Chennai Open in Chennai , which, like the Brisbane International, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category . The women's tournament of the WTA Tour 2015 also took place in Brisbane .

Defending champion in the singles was Lleyton Hewitt , who defeated Roger Federer in the final. Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Daniel Nestor won the last event in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.

Qualification for the Brisbane International 2015 took place from January 3rd to 5th, 2015. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
