The Citroën C-Métisse is a concept vehicle that Citroën presented to the public at the 2006 Paris Motor Show. The Shooting Brake had 4 wing doors , the rear doors being struck as suicide doors . As a drive is diesel - hybrid drive installed. In this, the 153 kW output of a 3.0 liter V6 HDI FAP common rail injection diesel engine was delivered to the front wheels by means of a 6- speed automatic transmission , while the rear wheels with two wheel hub electric motors each 15 kW of power were variably switched on as support. According to official information, the fuel consumption was 6.5 liters of diesel combined and 174 g / km CO 2 emissions with an output of 0 to 100 km / h in 6.2 seconds and up to 1000 meters with a standing start in 25.4 seconds.

The typical Citroën hydropneumatics and the not yet common equipment with LED headlights and cornering light technology were also installed. With the C-Métisse - Métisse means half-blood - Citroën wanted to combine the feasibility of a luxury-class car with the sportiness of a coupé and thus to combine passion and common sense.
