The GS Camargue was a concept vehicle that Citroën presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 1972 . It was a coupé based on the Citroën GS . The design was done by Bertone . The 2 + 2-seater vehicle was the first collaboration between Bertone and Citroën and later resulted in the collaboration of the GS successor, the Citroën BX .

The technical basis corresponded to the GS. The gasoline engine with 1015  cm³ displacement and 54 HP (40 kW) at 6500 / min as well as a maximum torque of 72 Nm at 3500 / min, the transmission, the hydropneumatics and the dashboard all come from the GS.
