The Dreiberg (also Draiberg) is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxon town of Papenburg in the Emsland district .
The nature reserve with the sign NSG WE 001 is 9 hectares in size. It is located north of the Aschendorf district of Papenburg and consists of two parts, a former heathland in the east and a small moor area in the west. The heather area had already been designated as a nature reserve "Heide bei Aschendorf" in 1932. The nature reserve was the oldest in the former Weser-Ems administrative region . Today, both parts of the nature reserve are predominantly forested.
The area has been a nature reserve since June 16, 1968. The former nature reserve “Heide bei Aschendorf”, which was placed under nature protection on May 22, 1932, has been incorporated into the nature reserve. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Emsland.
