Im Leiken is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Stavern in the Sögel municipality in the Emsland district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG WE 198 is 17.4  hectares in size. It has been under nature protection since December 16, 1989. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Emsland.

The nature reserve lies between Sögel and Meppen in the south of the Hümmling and places part of the banks of the Nordradde under protection. In the reserve are birch and alder forest and grassland areas and heath and moor grass to find.

The nature reserve lies entirely within the Meppen shooting range used by the Wehrtechnischen Dienststelle für Waffen und Munitions (WTD 91).
