The upper reaches of the Ohe is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipalities of Spahnharrenstätte and Börger in the Sögel municipality in the Emsland district .

The nature reserve with the sign NSG WE 203 is 223  hectares . It lies between Spahnharrenstätte and Börger im Hümmling and places part of the still near-natural upper reaches of the Ohe with the adjacent wet grasslands under protection. In addition, alder forest and fallow land can be found in the protected area.

The nature reserve is cut in the north by the state road 62.

The area has been a nature reserve since September 29, 1990. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Emsland.
