The quiver ponds are a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Lähden in the integrated municipality of Herzlake in the Emsland district .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG WE 020 is 2.9  hectares in size. It consists of two areas between Holte-Lastrup in the north and Herzlake in the south, each with a still water body surrounded by wood . The larger, eastern part is 2.4 hectares, the smaller, western part 0.5 hectares.

The area has been a nature reserve since July 17, 1937. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Emsland.
